Is it still art? Does it paint itself against the stomach when digested?
Or is it more like a friend... forming a bond with who’s eating it?
Is an onion still an onion after you're done eating it?
...I think not. But it once was a germ; A germinating, growing, organism living under your garage.
For years it put up with the exasperating sound of a revving engine.
Then finally, the bulb said “I’m comin out!”
And it came out. And landed in my stomach.
Just like Shrek.
